We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The newly renovated chalets were a delight, especially for the kids who were thrilled to feed the giraffes right outside our room. The location is peaceful, but some rooms are still under renovation. While we had a couple of minor issues with the amenities provided, the staff was quick to assist. Overall, it's a unique experience for families, but some improvements are needed in the standard rooms.

We had a wonderful time at Emirates Park Resort, celebrating our anniversary with family. The suites were spacious and exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kids loved the zoo and the warmed-up pool. The staff was so supportive and attentive. Our only downside was that we occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn't ruin the experience. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and we can't wait to return!
